Course Description:
This course provides ICM System Administrators, Maintenance personnel and Cisco partners the knowledge and experience necessary to install, set-up, support and troubleshoot the Cisco ICM/NAM system. Students will install and configure: Windows 2000 SQL Server, and associated Service Packs along with the Cisco ICM software including the optional products for Application Gateway; WebView Servers and a Historical Data Server. The course is designed so that the ICM software is installed in a NAM environment (one NAM enterprise and two Customer ICM enterprises) to give students the experience of installing multiple ICM Instances. Through the use of various monitoring and testing utilities, (the process Log files) students will be able to identify, analyze, and diagnose various system alarms and events.

Prerequisites:
Students should have taken the ICM Product Training Course (Recommend 3 - 6 months experience working with the Cisco ICM system), have a STRONG working knowledge of MS Windows-NT Server and a STRONG working knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
