Course Description:
This course covers earned value and cost estimating skills needed by upper level program managers: IS based financial reporting systems, EVM analysis, EVM resource requirements, and business process re-engineering.
Who Should Attend:
This course is specifically developed to support Program Managers who need to meet the Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Management (FAC-P/PM) program core training requirements.
